This is our private home in the summer. We rent out seasonally to proffesional people in the area for a short term usually nine month, winter rental. Best location in Newport, you really don't need a car 10 minute walk to downtown. 20 mins to beach ,but private car space is provided. There is a back deck right behind the unit for you to enjoy. Fully furnished, dishes, towels, bedding and this unit has central air. The building hs eight units total and most are owner occupied. We are seeking professional individuals who a need a quiet and safe building to reside in. 8 units, very quiet building. no pets, and on site laundry.

Comments: We are within walking distnce to donton or the beaches. The building is 8 units, mostly owner occupied. Very quiet with nice back beck and one assigned parking soace. On site washer and dryer. Also on the fre trolley route. We have rented out seasonally for the last 8 years from sept to june, We have also had salve grad students stay ith us. The unit is fully furnished with the idea of a european pied de terre. All you need to bring isyour tooth brush.Very quiet building and safe area.

Comments: This is also our summer home, so it is very well cared for. Located Katherine/Kay Historical districy walk to beachor downtown. Small building quiet Mostly owners live there.
