A historical Gem, house to share, three bedrooms with its private bathrooms

I am a retired senior who worked as a software engineer in the Boston area before retirement. Also, I owned an avocado grove in San Diego County for 13 years. Sold it last year. My two favorite cities are Cambridge and San Diego, which is why I always spend Winter in California. New England winter is a bit longer for me. From December to March, I open my house for rent so you can enjoy my lovely home. I gut-renovated this house 20 years ago and love the way it turned out. My renovation concept was 1). open living areas of the living room, kitchen, and dining area, it is a place for people to feel togetherness, it should not have any walls between these spaces 2). Every bedroom is a private space and needs its private bathroom and needs to be away from each other, not connected. Privacy is important, and so is togetherness. If you are a single party, you will find my house provides a place for socializing with your housemates on the spacious first floor, and you will find privacy when you retreat to your bedroom suites. I hope you find my home spacious enough for togetherness and private enough for your own space. The three bedrooms are not the same size. The master bedroom suite ( with a king-size bed) rent is $ 2,300, and the two other bedroom suites ( with queen-size beds) are $ 2,000 per month each. Three bedrooms are not connected; each has its own bathroom and thermostat for temperature controls. Three bedrooms are all equipped with their own whirlpool tubs and showers. Laurary room is by the kitchen on the first floor. Monthly cleaning is provided for FREE by Rosa, the housekeeper, who will assist with any questions and help that may arise. City of Cambridge mandates recycling and composting trash; please follow the instructions posted on the kitchen counter. Trash day is early Thursday morning, trash barrels should be taken out by Wednesday night. Toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, and shampoo are provided. Every bedroom has a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. A mini split heater/AC is installed in each bedroom with its own temperature controls. The washer and dryer are on the first floor by the kitchen, free to use. Current availability : Room 3 is available from December 1 - December 13 Room 3 is available from January 5 - March 31, 2026.
