The house is very quiet. The neighbors are usually very quiet. I think this is a good house for someone who likes beautiful light and a garden. It's a great place to get work done or to sit and have a coffee or dinner outside. It's very pretty here. There is also a garage for storage.

Comments: Located in Highland Park within walking distance to Civil Coffee, GGT Coffee on Figeruoa and Collage coffee on York. The house is 780 square feet and is a two bedroom, one bathroom and a yard. There are mature orange trees, young lemon trees and a lot flowers/herbs. The light is beautiful inside the house. There is a pretty seating area outside for dinners and parties. I’m going away for three months. The house feels good and calming. The neighbors are quiet. This house would be good for two people - or two people and a child. It’s also great anyone seeking quiet and solitude.
