Bright, central and spacious flat in San Giovanni (close to Colosseum)

The flat is spacious and bright, warm with personality. The neighborhood is lively, walkable, and with immediately convenient public transportation to take you directly to every part of Rome. Also, a great cafe and a coffee shop downstairs -- we never cooked! Rodrigo responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We were very comfortable.

I was very fortunate to discover R and M's apartment in Rome. I stayed for one winter month, and at the end of that month I was sad to leave what had come to feel like home. Located in an historic, lovely, and safe neighbourhood within the perimeter of the ancient city wall, the situation is superb for access to transit - trams, buses, Metro, Termini Station. Many shops and restaurants are conveniently close. The flat itself is quiet and homey, and interesting momentos of the family's proud history are displayed throughout. Communications with R and M were easy, and they responded immediately to any queries or concerns. If I do return to Rome, I would want to stay again in this apartment!

This is a precious family home that satisfied all our needs. Spacious apartment, three separate bedrooms, all with comfortable beds. Rome is very noisy in general but it is not an issue at all on the fourth floor. The apartment is in a safe building with a concierge who accepts deliveries, it is in one of the best neighbourhood, breakfast place and a restaurant right next to the front door, Colosseum is a 12-15 minute walk, the location of this apartment is unbeatable a sit is close to metro, buses and trams. A great combination of being close to the historic center, but in an Italian (not touristy ) neighbourhood. Communication with the hosts were lovely, they wanted us to have a great time and we truly had. Thank you and we will return!
