The apartment has 73 m2 (785 ft2), is on the 3rd floor with elevator, fully furnished, and consists of: * a large living room (incl. dining table, couch, TV) with an open kitchen (incl. fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee and teamaker, milk foamer, sodastream, pots/pans, tableware) * bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and wardrobe (incl. bedlinens and towels) * bedroom 2 with a single bed and a home-office setup (incl. large screen and printer-scanner) * bathroom with shower + washing machine * separate toilet * There is a large communal garden (900m2) for shared use by all tenants. The apartment is centrally located in the 19th district, close to the Spittelau metro station and tram 37. In the immediate vicinity you can find everything for your daily needs (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, drugstores, bookstore, post-office, bank). Two large parks (Währinger Park, Wertheimsteinpark) and the Donaukanal are in walking distance. The inner city and main university are about 20 minutes by public transport, as are the Vienna vineyards/woods in Nussdorf.
