Quiet studio in Paris

Description

I am an assistant professor in French literature at Grenoble University. I spend half my time in Grenoble during the class period, and half my time in Paris, doing research. I will be happy to welcome you in my Parisian studio when I am away ! It is a studio apartment on the first floor of a courtyard in the 10th arrondissement. You'll enjoy peace and calm at any time of day or night. The studio is located between the Canal Saint-Martin and the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations, close to shops and restaurants. It's close to subway station Stalingrad (1 minute walk) and Louis Blanc (5 minutes). It is also very nice to ride your "Velib" alongside the canal to go the Bibliothèque nationale de France (30 minutes). You'll find - a kitchenette with basic cooking tools - a bathroom with a shower and toilets - a double bed on a mezzanine - a double sofa bed In summer, the ground-floor location guarantees natural coolness! Attention tall people : the shower is 1.75m high! There is no cleaning or laundry service included : – Please leave the studio as clean as it was when you came in (there is a vacuum cleaner at your disposal and basic cleaning equipments). – You will have sheets and towels at your disposal, but if you use them, please wash them afterwards so that the next visitor have clean linen (there is a public laundromat in the next block). If there are no other visitors in the apartment between your departure and my return, I can take care of the laundry myself (extra charge 5€). You can also bring your own linen (beds are 140*200cm, pillows are 60*60cm). Degressive price per night : 1-6 nights : 40€ 7-13 nights : 30€ (1 week : 210€) 14-27 nights : 28€ 28+ nights : 26€ (1 month : 806€) 2+ months : 750€/month I will be happy to answer your questions : feel free to message me if you have any !
