We are a mature professional couple working from home. We are looking to share our loft space with students and academics who enjoy their privacy as well as intellectual pursuits, films, literature and a rich cultural life. We have two cats Spinoza and Pandora who live with us and friends and family members who visit regularly. Nestled in a vibrant neighbourhood, the flat is surrounded by green spaces, Downhills Park, which hosts new tennis courts, and expansive playing fields, and Lordship Recreation Grounds has an eco hub cafe with yoga, Zumba and other activity classes. The area is a green haven away from the bustle of city life but there are excellent transport links to central London. It's a short walk and a 10 minute tube ride to Kings Cross.

Comments: The loft conversion is separated from the house by stairway. It is on the 3rd floor of a large Victorian house which is occupied by the owners. The loft has a private bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, living space with basic cooking facilities.
