You will be able to move right into this light-filled, fully furnished, comfortable home. It includes plenty of closet space, sheets and towels, and storage space for your belongings. Top floor deck has views of San Francisco and Mt. Tamalpais. Ample and fully fenced-in private back yard has a brick patio with outdoor table and seating for eight, heaters available for year-round outdoor dining, four raised boxes for vegetables and herbs, fruit trees, a fountain, hammock, and small cabin to retreat to. Centrally located, this beautiful home is on a peaceful residential street in south Berkeley. It is a 20-minute walk to Ashby BART, short walk to 4 bus lines, 1 mile from UC Berkeley campus, and less than 1 mile to the famous Berkeley Bowl marketplace and two weekly farmers' markets. Tandem driveway can hold two cars. We also have 3 bikes you can use. A small local café and three restaurants are a 5-minute walk. It is a 10-minute drive to Cesar Chavez Park on San Francisco Bay (immediately opposite the Golden Gate Bridge), 12-minute drive to beautiful hikes in the Berkeley Hills, and 20 minutes to Tilden Park and Inspiration Point.
