CHARMING OLTRARNO APARTMENT with 2 bathrooms

I stayed in Carla’s apartment from March to April this year, and it was absolutely great. The apartment was very clean and well organized. It’s a great place to work from, with high-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet building. I even had my family stay over for one week, and it was no problem accommodating a family of five. Located in Santo Spirito, the apartment is in a fantastic area, with lots of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops nearby in this nice neighborhood. The old city center is also within a 10–12 minute walk, This apartment gets my highest recommendation, as does the host, who was very helpful, attentive, and pleasant to communicate with. I will definitely try to rent it again if I return (hope I do).

A perfect stay of 16 days! Carla's apartment is spotless, roomy, and very functional. The location is ideal—close to the actions but quiet at night for a good sleep. When my laptop keyboard broke, she even went to the computer store and bought one for me, a LIFESAVER! We're so thankful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Totally recommended!

Carla was amazing, I had zero issues with the apartment. There was plenty of hot water, the appliances worked great and there's multiple air conditioning/heating units. She was very communicative and helpful. It was a great location, quiet, and lots of restaurants and shops were located super close. Would absolutely recommend this apartment! Thank you Carla!

My experience with Carla was exceptional, from our very first communication she answered my questions quickly and clearly. She was an extremely gracious host and when our train to Florence was delayed she waited for us and met us with a smile. The apartment has a large and luminous kitchen/living area and is well equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. The nearby piazzas offer lively caffés and restaurants while the apartment overlooks a quiet and peaceful street and courtyard. It is well-equipped with all the modern comforts and the wifi worked extremely well for on-line teaching and research. I look forward to returning here the next time I visit Florence.
