We are looking to rent our fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1 bath home. It has a beautiful, sunny living room, dining room, kitchen, a porch and a small office / exercise space, as well as a private back yard. The house was built in 1914 and has been lovingly restored. We are seeking folks who can appreciate and roll with the quirks of an old house and treat it with care. Our home is located just south of downtown San Antonio in the SoFlo district. We are within walking distance of independent coffeeshops like Gold; local breweries Künstler, Dos Sirenos and Blue Star; restaurants including Il Forno (fabulous pizza), Camp Outpost, Eddie’s Taco House and many more. The nearby San Pedro Creek Culture Park and San Antonio River are wonderful for walks, picnics and biking. The house has nearly 12ft high ceilings, recently refinished wood floors, and lots of books and art from local artists and our travels. We also have a few board games and toys available. We’ve owned this home for 20 years and love walking to the Blue Star Arts district or King William historic neighborhood, biking into downtown San Antonio or on the mission trails. The Via bus is a 5 min walk away. The house was listed as an AirBnB for a while, receiving many five star reviews. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - espresso machine, coffee grinder, dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as parking space and EV charger. The home is ready for those who like to cook - including a gas grill in the backyard. Kids and guests are always welcome. A pack ‘n play is available, and the living room couch folds out into a comfortable queen bed. For pets, a conversation and deposit would be needed. We love this home and are excited to share it with someone who will enjoy it too. Availability is flexible.
