Welcome home!! We've been here almost 20 years and are moving closer to my son's HS during the school year. Comments: No pets, no smoking, no weapons. Note that there is a MIL basement apartment that I rent separately. Utilities are usually around $200/month.
Comments: The local elementary school, a 15 minutes walk, is one of the best in Seattle. Multiple grocery stores, eateries and local businesses in walking distance. Extremely walkable neighborhood.
I am not allowing folks to bring a pet, but option to enjoy my indoor/outdoor cat if there is an interest (I expect to bring her with us) because she loves the house. I would cover all expenses.
I'll come by a couple times a week on a set schedule to pick up my mail.
