Very special in its location, this little house has perfect position on the Ligoneri area with every window having an amazing view. Situated in two floors, top level hosts the living room with piano area dinning space with a fully fitted kitchen. Lower floor has two good size bedrooms ideal for a family of four or two couples. The space Zoe’s villa is a two storey traditional well maintained greek house with two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom and two balconies with amazing views situated at the upper and lower floors respectively. Sleeps; It is ideal for four people, a family or two couples, or a group of friends getting along well with each other, and it can sleep up to five people, if they choose to allow someone to sleep in the living room area. Horizons; From the house’s balconies one has amazing views, which embrace both sunset and sunrise. One can see the Peloponnese, the island of Hydra and the whole front coast of Spetses to the lighthouse of the Old Harbour. Where? The house is on a hill in one of the island’s most beautiful locations. It belongs to one of the above two hundred small villas forming a completion of summer villas called “Ligoneri”. Despite its fantastic view it is not far from the beach, which is only a five-minute walk down the steps through a pine tree forest. One can also go to Dapia, take a " kaiki" ( traditional boat) that will take you to a beach behind the island and then bring you back by forming a whole tour around the island, while you have enjoyed a local tavern in the beach. Access; There is regular bus service to Dapia ( the main port) and it takes 15 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walk on foot from Ligoneri to Dapia and vice versa. During the summer months there is also a supermarket 1 min away from my house walk up the hill. The island's hospitality is also very good. The accommodation has a fireplace for winter months and central heating. Air-conditioning throughout summer months. And music; One upright piano, DVD , CD and Radio player. TV. Top-fast internet access unlike many islands. You can work from Spetses easily. My cleaners will be here to prepare the house for you and greet you. Show you around and help you with anything you may want. I will be very helpful too to answer all questions and co ordinate everything from afar. If I am in the island I will come to welcome you too. Access to water sports; 7 minutes walk down the hill there is the Kaiki beach, with a variety of water sports in a long beach that is well organised. The past years it has become a favourable corner of the island with a good restaurant that combines an excellent location to eat and swim and combine some good food with sea’s pleasures. If you are lazy to walk up the hill the bus can easily take you home in few minutes. This has a regular service throughout the summer, once if not twice in an hour. Night Life and Restaurants from Zoe’s Villa; The majority is in the Old Harbour, meaning our location is quite in the night. The closest bar from home is a new one in a super location for full moon, located at the Cielo (15 minutes walk from the house). In that same distance and spot are some excellent fish taverns some more sophisticated than others but all have good food (We can recommend you some in favour of the others). Few minutes further down to the Kounoupitsa area there are a couple of good ones with tables infront of the sea. Plenty more in the Dapia area that have distructed some business of the old harbour that adds more to the variety of the island. Pricing For off peak season the price is 650 Euro per week and for high peak season (June-July- August) the pricing per week is 1500 Euro ( a discount applies on the weekly fee of 15 Percent)
