Minimum three-month lets to responsible individuals or couples. The flat is on the fourth floor of a social housing block near Camden High Street, with security fob access. We have fantastic neighbours, two lifts (which is handy if one has a fault) and a large supermarket 1 minute walk away. It is mostly well-kept andquiet, with street noise limited to traffic and some post-pub noise at the bus stop at weekend. The bathroom was recently re-done, with a Japanese-style deep soak double bath. We put extra insulation around it so that it stays warm longer, so it is almost-but-not-quite a mini spa… The furniture (desks and table) have moved since the photos were taken; the work-desk faces the window, and there are new rugs. There is a good range of pots and pans, a whole shelf of spices, and even a Swedish waffle-maker, all of which you are welcome to use. We don’t (yet) have a microwave or dryer — important to note for those that can’t live without.
