The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The home is exceptionally warm year-round, benefiting from all-day sun, full insulation (floor, walls, and ceiling), and double glazing throughout. The Main house has one bedroom with a king-size bed, and two bedrooms with single beds. Getting Around: The bus stop to the University, schools, and Botanic Garden is just a short walk away. The University is a 5-minute drive or an 8-minute downhill bike ride (allow a little longer on the way back up!). A hybrid car may also be available to rent during your stay.
