Our home is a Mid-Century Modern gem designed by one of the premiere architectural firms (Wexler & Harrison) that helped create the vibe of our wonderful city. In fact, back in the 50s & 60s they designed about half the homes in our little neighborhood, so the entire community has just a wonderful feel. We're surrounded by the San Jacinto mountains, and every home is a modernist delight – so one of our favorite things to do is simply to walk around and take in the natural & architectural beauty. Inside, we've made the home warm and inviting, with an amazing indoor-outdoor flow. All three bedrooms open up to the large desert-landscaped backyard and pool area. We wanted our home to be a resort experience, and worked with a professional interior design firm to make it so! Unique period and modern art and furniture in every room for you to enjoy. Typically when we are not using the home we use it as a short term rental, so you can expect a home that has been tailored to appeal to high end vacationers, but we've also taken care to make it feel like home. The property is professionally managed by one of Palm Springs top management companies, so you can expect top-notch service (including 24-hour maintenance if needed) throughout your stay, The home is situated close to everything... but not too close, so you don't get the bachelorette parties and such. But when you want the excitement and fun of Palm Springs, it's all just a 5 or 10 minute drive to the center of things.
