This charming outbuilding features 3 desks, a full sized futon, a 4k projector with a 120” screen and surround sound stereo system, and great sound privacy whether you’re looking for quiet or space to make some noise. We are heavily discounting what this space would usually be rented for because we need catsitting for our bonded pair of adorable, friendly cats, Fritz & Elsie, and some low key plant care. The cats just need food and litter change 1-2x day (there is an autofeeder if you need to be out in the evening or sleep in). The outdoor gardens are on an automatic watering system that just needs to be turned off temporarily if there is soaking rain; indoor plants need watering every 1-2 weeks.
