Description
We live in a big semi-detached Victorian villa close to the centre of Edinburgh. It has four big bedrooms, one has a king-sized bed, another a double, and there are two rooms with single beds for children. There's also a handsome living room, kitchen with dining space as well as separate dining room. There is a bathroom upstairs and another downstairs as well as a study/ home office which can be used as a fifth bedroom. The front garden has a drive with space for two cars. The walled back garden is big for a house this close to the city centre, with space for adults to sit out beneath an old tree apple tree. For the children there's lots of room to run around in, games to play with, and a tree swing. We recently bought the house, and some parts of it haven't been touched for 40 years so have a lived-in feel. But it is comfortable and characterful and we hope you would enjoy being here as much as we do.

Comments: Our home is in a peaceful, leafy neighbourhood with lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs but is just a short walk to the university and the centre of Edinburgh with its many attractions. There are excellent public transport links too.
