The apartment for rent is on the bottom level of my house, has a 180 degree view of ocean, plus its own large deck/backyard for private use. The unit has 2 large rooms (both with an ocean view) and two baths. It can be set up as 1 bedroom with the other room being a living room (with lots of room for a pull-out couch), or set up as two separate bedrooms. The house is 3 miles from campus, 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the MTS #30, which goes right to UC San Diego.

Comments: I am a professor at UCSD who lives in the top two floors of the house. You have your own private entrance for the entire bottom floor of my 3-story house. I am quiet and respectful and I am looking for people with these same qualities.
