4 BR split level in excellent condition, with well-equipped office, 1-car garage with large freezer and extra refrigerator, on .2 acre level lot with trees on front lawn and spacious back lawn with brick patio. On residential cul de sac with very nice neighbors whom we know well. Ideally, seeking home exchange to be near our family in Jerusalem or Modiin, Israel, but (furnished) rental is also possible. Although this is our first time using this site, we have done 2 successful home exchanges (including car swaps) since 2019.
