After renovating Her for the last 8 years, she's now ready to be shared with family and friends, transcending to sweet memories of childhood while treating you with fruits of the season. Built in stone, surrounded with gardens, with a 360° sea/city view in the historic district of Saranda, the villa is secluded from the bustling noise of the city. With a 5-8 minutes walk to the promenade, to public beaches, bars, restaurants and stores, her interior reflects the heritage of Albanian history and lifestyle. 4 A/C bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining room, lounging room, kitchen, free parking space. 6 people max, 2 weeks min. No smoking, no pets. Cleaning fee - 40eu. Check-in: after 3pm; Check-out: 10am Important: The cooling (Air Condition) and the heating must remain off when the guest is not in the house. We have a cottage next to the villa, listed separately - both share the same front yard.
