I am a professor at the University of Auckland with a cute cottage on Waiheke Island available for rent to fellow academics or other professionals. Its fully furnished and kitted out with all necessities. The house is a few minutes' walk to Little Oneroa Beach and only a little further to the main village. Work from home or commute by fast ferry to the city from where it's only a 15 minute or bus ride to Auckland's two university campuses.

Comments: Charming fully-equipped bach (ie cottage) including adjacent studio/office 5 minutes' walk from beach, grocery store and bus stop with native forest at rear. Easy 35min ferry ride to downtown Auckland and the city's two universities.
