A charming Victorian terrace at the foot of Oxford High Street

16 Tyndale Road is a characterful Victoria terrace on a quiet side road very close to Magdalen Bridge at the foot of Oxford High Street. I have a lovely town garden and the road is a very quiet but extremely central street. I am looking for a couple or a couple with a child to rent from January 2026 to the end of February 2026. The house is furnished, with two beds, a sofa, a dining table and four chairs, wardrobe, chest of draws, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, a few pots and pans and basic cutlery, crockery, mugs and glasses and television. I have left a mower and some gardening items as well as a hoover. There is also a fold away desk in the spare room which i have used as a desk. I have lived in the property for 13 years and was extremely happy there. I am looking for someone to rent the house for two months now i have left to move in with my partner before i sell in the autumn. I would love to rent to a careful, considerate person for a couple of months. I removed all personal items but i would class the house as furnished.
