We are a family of three generations of academics. My wife is a retired school teacher and I am a retired engineering geologist. Our son is a professor of philosophy. The cabin would be a perfect retreat for any kind of academic pursuits This cabin is a hidden gem tucked into the mountainside of Nederland, Colorado. Hiking, biking, and cross country skiing are just steps away from this quaint home. The town of Nederland has restaurants ,shops, and a grocery store . Downhill skiing is available at Eldora ski area which is just a 15 minute drive. Boulder and the University of Colorado are about 25 minutes away.

Comments: Rustic but modernized log and chink cabin on 2.9 acres of mountain forest with creek at 8400 feet in elevation. The cabin has an outdoor hot tub on a spacious deck and indoor sauna. Private hiking, biking and skiing from the property.
