Outside, there is a back patio and room for 1 car in the tandem driveway. Located on a quiet and kid-friendly one-way street in the Central Hill neighborhood of Somerville with lovely neighbors, you'll be just a few blocks from public transport and local destinations. The Gilman Square green line T station is a 10 minute walk to Union Square, and a short walk takes you to the central branch of the Somerville Public Library and Market Basket. Tufts, Harvard, and MIT are all easily accessible by bike or bus/T. (Biking especially is nice in Cambridge/Somerville. Available starting July 1st of this year until mid-August of next year (2026). Specific end date is negotiable. Note: no pets, no smoking. Internet is included in rent.
