Sunny penthouse with large terrace in Sarria-Sant Gervasi

2 bedroom home with 1 bathroom and a terrace. The living room has an open kitchen and a small dining room table. There is a washing machine on the terrace and a dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. in the apartment. The photos were taken on a (relatively rare) cloudy day but the terrace is drenched in sun from sunrise until 3pm or so with views of the mediterranean and tibidabo. The neighborhood is mostly upscale locals and families, all the clubs and bars are towards Eixample so if you’re looking for that, then this isn’t really the right spot, more of an escape within the city. The home was renovated in 2023 so everything is quite new - central AC, water filtration in the sink and shower, etc. I live here full-time and rent only when traveling for teaching or research trips so the WiFi is set up for Zoom calls during the day and watching movies (on the projector) at night. Many restaurants, shops, and stores are within walking distance. There is a concierge in the building who keeps the community small and private, she is kind and caring. Ordering Amazon packages etc. is a bit more difficult (unless you are at home to receive them - Spanish traditions and all) but there are Amazon lockers nearby. The building has 2 elevators.
