I am a UW professor. Normally, I live with my 8 yo son in my apartment, from June-July, I am traveling and would like to rent this for 2100. For the rest of the summer, my son is not living with me. I would like to share his room with a lady who possibly wants a short-term stay, so that we can negotiate the price.
