Harlem sublet Summer and/or Fall

Description

I am seeking a subletter for my lovely little 2br apartment in central Harlem, dates flexible (I will be gone starting in early to mid-July and returning likely the end of September/beginning of October). The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup on 126th street between 5th and Lenox. Wonderful light in the front room, the back bedrooms are surprisingly quiet for the city and there is a small back porch off both bedrooms that overlooks some very well-gardened yards. Main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, second bedroom can fit a queen-sized air mattress if you want to take up the entirety of the floor space, or a twin-sized bed if you want it to be a fully functional room (there's a twin-sized rollaway bed and a queen air mattress in the closet and the room is set up as an office that is lovely to write in). In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and mini-split heat/AC units in each room. Neighbors are lovely and my main ask of any subletter would be to be conscientious about shared spaces and garbage as a kindness to the neighbors. There is shared roof access but alas you cannot barbecue up there. Super close to Marcus Garvey Park, all the shops on 125th (including the new Trader Joes). Around the corner from the 2/3 and less than 10min walk to the 4/5/6 or the A/C.
