Nestled in Cambridge’s peaceful Avon Hill neighborhood, our fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment offers comfort, character, and easy access to Porter and Harvard Squares, as well as all the vibrant cultural, dining, and walking trail delights of the area. What We’re Looking For • Responsible, adult guests (1 – 3 people) who treat someone else’s home with as much respect as their own • Plant enthusiasts excited to nurture our small indoor garden—watering every few days and tending succulents and ferns • Tidy, considerate occupants who appreciate period details (hardwood floors, original molding) and will uphold the property’s fine condition • Non-smokers, pet-free (unless otherwise arranged), and comfortable with light home maintenance (changing a lightbulb, taking the trash out on designated days) What We Offer • Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and utilities credit • Quiet street, secure entry, and nearby bus/Red Line access • Flexible lease term (3– 10 months) with competitive monthly rate and straightforward deposit • A warm, welcoming home that you can truly settle into while we’re away If you’re seeking a temporary Cambridge base, love indoor plants, and have experience caring for a cherished property, we’d love to hear from you.
