One bedroom in a cute 2-bedroom house on the westside of Santa Barbara. Share with a UCSB Queer/Feminist Studies professor. Room-mate must respect privacy, be responsible, clean and accepting of queer communities. $2000 / month, all utilities included-including once a month house cleaning! September 2025- August 2026, with the possibility of renewing the sublet for 2026-2027. Bedroom has double doors to the backyard garden (see attached image), with afternoon sun, a large closet, a queen bed and a writing desk. Shared, furnished common areas include a bathroom, living room, and recently renovated kitchen. Wood floors throughout, and comforts such as a piano and a front garden with dining table and chairs. The house is conveniently located a short driving distance from campus, the X-24 express bus to canvas is nearby, and the house is walking distance from downtown Santa Barbara as well as Elings Park & stores on San Andreas.
