It is an easy walk to SOMA, Chinatown, or the Financial District. Location in the upper Tenderloin with 24/7 security and private outdoor spaces. The Tenderloin itself has a ton of great restaurants, theaters, cafes, and bars. The neighborhood is very central and walkable - the Powell St. and Civic Center BART stations, Trader Joe's, and CVS are just five blocks away.
