Having newly renovated my basement suite in 2024 I have had luck with academic tenants and am looking for the right person (or people) to move in for September. Only 5 minutes from UBC by car and 10 by bus (the bus stop is one block away) the location is ideal for anyone commuting there. The suite has a private entrance, two large bedrooms with closets, a kitchen and living-room space, as well as an ensuite bathroom and both a washer and a dryer for laundry inside.
