Charming home (2 bedrooms, office) with backyard and basement in Montréal

Hello ! My partner Louis and I are lawyers based in Montreal. I will be starting my PhD in law in the UK this year, and my partner Louis will start his masters in Law at the same time. We are looking to rent our home to someone, a couple or a family who wants to experience the best that Montreal has to offer, while we are in the UK next year. We love the outdoors, plants and music. We bought our house three years ago and still cannot believe how happy we are with it, and with the neighbourhood, Verdun. We are two steps away from Wellington street (designated nicest street in the World in 2023), and a few steps away from the St-Lawrence River, where we often go for runs or bike rides. Our home also has a backyard, with a barbecue, where we love to have meals in the summer. We also often walk on Wellington - which is pedestrian several months a year, to grab a glass of wine at our local wine bar, or to have a delicious coffee on weekend mornings. We are a short walk from two metro stations on the green line, that can take you directly downtown. We also have a public bike rental spot a few minutes away from our home.
