Looking for tenants that might work remotely from home. It's a super cosy and roomy apartment. You could use one of the bedrooms as an office. It would be perfect for people who like to work and play. The summers are pretty great: river rafting, river tubing, endless (overnight) hiking to lakes and waterfalls, and mountain biking for every level—on the core trails through Steamboat or downhill from the highest mountain. Winters are truly amazing. Besides the gorgeous snow-covered landscape, blue skies, and sun, the ski town offers all kinds of winter sports. The house is located close to downtown. Public transportation is free. The ski mountain is 5 miles away. Multiple walking/hiking trails are accessible from home. The main house (where we live) and the apartment share the driveway. In the summer, you can park on the street; in the winter, all cars must be on the driveway to make room for snowplows.

Comments: The new apartment is attached to our main house, with a separate entrance. It has a large cooking area (dining table for 6), a TV room, a hallway with washer/dryer and 3 bedrooms.
