Apartment in the center of Grenoble

Description

I am an assistant professor in French literature at Grenoble University. I spend half my time in Grenoble during the class period, and half my time in Paris, doing research. I will be happy to welcome you in my apartement when I am away ! This apartment will delight you with its comfort, originality and location. Halfway between the train station and the city center (15 minutes on foot), it's located in the Championnet district, known for its bohemian atmosphere, authenticity and tranquility. It's on the groundfloor of a quiet street. There is little traffic in the street, but within five minutes you'll find bars, restaurants, shops, designer boutiques, cinemas and more. In summer, the ground-floor location guarantees natural coolness (≤25°C even during heatwaves) ! The apartment (55m2) is structured into five spacious, semi-open areas: - a living room (with a video projector and a piano); - a sleeping area on a mezzanine (with high enough ceilings to sit comfortably); - a kitchen area - a dining room lit by a skylight providing soft zenithal light - a library (or second bedroom that can be isolated by an opaque curtain). There is no cleaning or laundry service included : – Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you came in (there is a vacuum cleaner at your disposal and basic cleaning equipments). – You will have sheets and towels at your disposal, but if you use them, please wash them afterwards so that the next visitor have clean linen (there is a washing machine in the apartment). If there are no other visitors in the apartment between your departure and my return, I can take care of the laundry myself (extra charge 5€). You can also bring your own linen (beds are 140*200cm, pillows are 60*60cm). Degressive price per night : 1-6 nights : 40€ 7-13 nights : 30€ (1 week : 210€) 14-27 nights : 28€ 28+ nights : 26€ (1 month : 806€) 2+ months : 750€/month I will be happy to answer your questions : feel free to message me if you have any !
