Comments: It’s East Van everything is close by, plus it’s a gorgeous neighbourhood with great neighbours. It is walking distance to grocery, deli, butchers, bakery and coffee shops. Pools and community centres are close by. It is very close to get to downtown with the skytrain or bus. There is easy access on highway to the local mountains , and to drive out of the city.
