Lovely and calm apartment close to tube and shops

Renting my home while away. This is a lovely and calm second floor apartment. Very sunny, calm, seconds from Alesia metro. The place has lots of character (hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows, marble fireplace) as well as new appliances (washer dryer, dishwasher etc). The bathroom and the kitchen are small (hence no pictures), but are modern, functional and clean. There is a small courtyard where you can park your bike. Most of the personal items in the pictures have been removed but the place is furnished and you should be able to just drop your suitcases and feel at home. Only one bedroom, the study cannot be turned into a second bedroom.
