I live in the house during the summer. I’m looking for someone to stay for the winter. Everything is negotiable! It’s an hour’s drive to the University, a fifteen minute drive to Clonbur or Cong villages which have small supermarkets, gourmet butchers and a bakery which does sourdough! The house has a large study and excellent broadband. Two double bedrooms and a shower room with bidet no tub. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, bedrooms and study carpeted.
