Private room with a fabulous view available in a 2-bed, 2-bath apt in a luxurious Kaimuki condo with swimming pool and tennis court. Bath is private but the laundry space inside the bathroom is shared. Person must be mature and quiet. No overnight guests, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. The bedroom has a window AC, a small double bed, desk, chair, and closet space. There is also use of a spacious living room with a large lanai that has a stunning view of downtown Honolulu, a well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, and dishwasher.
