Our beautiful, quiet, and spacious family home is available Nov. 2025-Feb. 2026, and then during academic years beginning August 2026 and going forward. It's truly a wonderful place for a family or a couple who wants a lot of space. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and is quite large with 4 bedrooms (including a 650 sq ft. master suite with 12 foot ceilings and large picture windows), 3 baths, 2 offices, several comfortable common areas (living room, dining room, den with pullout queen bed, sun room), and a great kitchen. It sits on a 1/4 acre, verdant lot with huge old oak trees, raised garden beds, a large garage, and a basketball hoop. Right on Roger Williams Park at the Providence-Cranston border, the house is 10-15 minutes by car from Brown, RISD, and several other colleges and universities, and is half a block from Broad St. bus lines and bike paths that take you downtown in 20 min. We are moving to Barcelona for work, so we are looking for either exchange or renters. The price is negotiable for the right family. We hope you love our home as much as we do!
