Quiet Home in West Seattle with Lush Backyard

This single-level home will be available in September 2025 for up to 12 months. We (a couple and a cat) have been living here for the past 10 years and love the efficient floor plan, verdant front and back yards, quiet friendly neighborhood, and convenient location in West Seattle. We’ll be headed to the UK for one year starting in September and would love to offer it to folks needing a place to stay in this beautiful city. The floor plan (2 bedroom, 1 office, 2 bathrooms) can easily accommodate up to two couples or three roommates. There is a full size washer/dryer, air conditioning (window unit in the living room), and central gas heat. Location details: - 5 min walk from local cafe, bar, restaurants - 5 min walk to #21 bus line to downtown Seattle - 15 min walk to the nearest library and grocery store/shopping center - 10 min drive to beachfront park with trails - 15-20 min drive to SeaTac airport, downtown & lightrail connections, and the Alki water taxi to downtown.
