Also a very quiet area – no traffic, sirens, bars, etc. 1969 Plattenbau style, very well maintained (the head of the housing association is my neighbour!). · Fully furnished – including all towels / sheets / kitchenware / etc. · 12-minute walk south-west of Hermannstraße station (U8 + S-Bahn) – 30-min total journey time (walk + train) to Alexanderplatz; 35-min to Potsdamer Platz; 40-min to Hauptbahnhof. · 15-minute walk to Tempelhofer Feld; 20-min walk to Schillerkiez (lots of bars, restaurants, Saturday farmers' market). · Anmeldung possible – I can supply Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation letter). · €1,700 per month – including all utility bills (fair usage) + Wi-Fi + Hausgelt. €750 deposit. I’m looking for mid- to long-term rental, ideally nothing shorter than 3 months, up to ~12 months.
