Looking for quiet person, couple or perhaps two persons, preferably OHSU medical or nursing student or residents. Upper floor of very nice home with view to the south, about 1500 square feet. This is our mother's residence. She is in a nearby care facility and we do not wish to sell the house at this time. Want to retain basement level which has an apartment for occasional visits from her daughter and son in law who come into town to see their mother, about 2-5 days per month. They could give notice of their intent to visit. Renter(s) would have to be mindful of extra noise during that time at night.
