Beautiful new furnished modern family home! We are in the heart of a very popular neighbourhood in East Vancouver, 3.5 blocks from the heart of Little Italy on Commercial Drive. This neighbourhood is known for its diverse community, local shops, restaurants and parks. We are on the back side of a duplex so we enjoy a quiet area with lots of surrounding trees, and a patio for your enjoyment. We are also a 15-20 min walk to the skytrain that gives you access to many campuses in the greater Vancouver area. The house is ideal for a family looking to spend some time in the city and enjoy its beautiful surroundings. We are fortunate to be a half hour drive to almost all the local tourist and recreational areas, including Spanish banks, Deep Cove, Stanley Park, Granville Island etc . There is also great public transport only 3 blocks from bus that takes you to UBC, SFU and downtown Vancouver; or 15 min walk to the skytrain that takes you to all the Vancouver mainland areas.
