Our house is the ideal family house - a spacious family room that is open to the well-equipped kitchen, a large deck off the family room with outdoor furniture and two umbrellas, a huge backyard with a springform trampoline, and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and glass shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a view of backyard, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and the last bedroom has a single bed and a view out the front. The backyard has a fire pit area with 8 chairs and a 14' cedar table perfect for hosting large family dinners. The deck has a gas bbq. The office is off the dining room. The front room has a fireplace and is perfect for hosting pre-dinner drinks. The dining room has a reclaimed wooden table that seats 8 comfortably. Message me with any questions!

Comments: Built in 1912 & renovated in 2013, the house has original features but also all the modern conveniences. There is a large back deck, front porch, and huge backyard. The house contains an independent basement suite that is occupied by my parents.
