Description
I am away on a research project and would like an academic or literary tenant suited to this thatched rural home (in which many books have been written). Preferably I would let the house for nine months but with two break periods (2 weeks at Christmas, two weeks in April/May) when I could have family to stay. However, I am flexible about both length of tenancy and the two break periods. The rent is low because I want suitable tenants!
