Description
We recently remodeled, so the home is gorgeous both inside and out. We would love to rent to someone who will not harm our home. All our items are available for use, so you don't need to pack much. (There will be plenty of drawer & cabinet & closet space available, of course. But we cannot take all our items to Boston for 3 months, so you're welcome to use them [with care :-) ].)

We have 1 indoor plant that needs a bit of water every week. We have an automated sprinkler system, but will need it turned on or off. The pool will need some filling & skimming for leaves each week.
Comments: We have loads of friends (& a 21 yo son) who are nearby and happy to assist too.

Comments: We are 5 miles (direct distance) from the UT campus, or an 8-mile drive (20 minutes, with 3 wonderfully comparable routes, in case the highway route gets congested).

Comments: We'll be at MIT for just a few months. We're happy to rate for shorter durations at higher rate. (We've priced it very competitively, given this home's value.)
