Standalone guest house in Encino/Sherman Oaks area available Sept 7 – Dec 8 (dates slightly flexible). 900 sq ft, fully furnished, high-speed internet, full kitchen, laundry, private entrance, and dedicated patio/garden area. The space is peaceful, private, and intentionally curated with original art, musical instruments, and a cozy projector setup. It’s ideal for a writer, academic, artist, or remote worker seeking a quiet, grounded space to focus or create. Looking for a responsible, respectful guest (solo tenant preferred; woman preferred per landlady’s request). No pets or parties. Prefer someone to stay the full three months, but flexible for the right fit. I’ll be in New York during that time and hoping to find someone who’ll truly appreciate and care for the space.
