Beautiful Altbau-Apartment in Northern Cologne (Nippes)

Description

We would love to host somebody in our home in Köln-Nippes during our absence from October till December 2025. Therefore, we are looking for a couple or single person (kids and pets are more than welcome!) that is both reliable and trustworthy and has a regular income. About our home: The apartment offers 3 rooms plus kitchen and balcony. The master bedroom includes a comfy double boxspring bed (180x200cm). Our second bedroom is a combined guestbedroom (sleeping couch, 140x190cm) and office. The workspace consists of a large desk (adjustable in size), a docking station and two screens (a third screen is also available if needed). The living room is the biggest room of the apartment and also consists of a winter garden that we use as dining area. From the fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, air fryer etc.) you may access the balcony. Fall is usually quite mild in Cologne, so you might still enjoy our outside sofa with a view to the garden with many trees and a horse race track. The bathroom has been fully renovated this year and has a walk-in rainshower. The house itself is a city mansion (built in 1916) and consists of four apartments (the other neighbours are wonderful and considerate). About us: We are a couple (both 34) that just moved back to friends and family here in Cologne. We live here with our sassy mini dachshund Kurt and many plants. Dana is even born here and happy to help you around with recommendations and any other info you might need if new to the city. We look forward to your messages!
