My husband and I have flexible teaching schedules this semester and are commuting back and forth to our condo in Chicago. We would love for our house to be utilised while we are staying elsewhere and hope we can find a tenant asap.

My parents who live in the area will pick up our mail, but will need to arrange times with you to do that that will not disturb you.
I would like help with plants or garden
We ask that you water the plants in the house to the best of your ability. No outside plant care needed. We have a team that will mow the lawn and pick up Fall leaves.
