Light, Airy Apartment with a Beautiful View of Venice

This is a wonderful apartment in an old neighborhood in Castello, Venice. I'm looking to exchange my apartment with one in New York for at least a month. The apartment consists of an entry hall kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a terrace. It's fully furnished with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. There are two desk areas if you need to work or write. This is a residential neighborhood, full of little cafés but gets wonderfully quiet at night. You can walk to the Biennale easily, and the airport connection is simple with no bridges to cross with luggage. From the terrace, there are lovely seasonal views of the city. It’s a lived-in home, not a hotel, and I welcome someone who appreciates the character of Venice and who will treat my home in a respectful way.
